This bed and breakfast was pretty awful. It was teeming with sketchy characters who were loud at night. It was in a pretty nasty area of Rome. The bed was simply coils with a sheet over it and the air conditioner popped so loudly at night that neither of us got any sleep. Not to mention the fact that I wouldn't have eaten breakfast there if you paid me (it was nothing to write home about anyway). I do give them credit for cleaning the room everyday but I would never stay there again.

we've been waiting for 45 minutes for hostess who should give us a keys .although the day before our check-in, we 've been contacted with the owner about the details of our arrival. the staff doesn't speak English so it's not very convinient for foreigners. the kitchen is very small. Rooms are clean.

When we got there, the manager didn't understand english, french or german, she only spoke italian so it was hard to communicate. As advertised on the site, it says it is a Bed and Breakfast. However, this is far from the case. It has more of a hostel atmosphere with a self service breakfast which includes pre-packaged cookies, toast, and cereal. If you're expecting more of a breakfast, this isn't the place to get that. The location is sketchy and I would not feel safe walking alone.

The CK B&B was a really nice place for stay, it's very good located, just 15min walk to the Colosseum. It's clean, had working aircondition and noiseproof window. A reception attendant doesn't speak english and she's onsite once a day so you need to make an appointment earlier. Right next door there is a restaurant that serves very good food at low prices. 5 minutes away on Via Principe Amedeo you can find market with cheap groceries, exotic fruits, vegetables and spices. Forget the breakfast!

Our stay in Roma was amazing. We arrived late at the hotel but Asmaa was there to welcome us after a long trip. The first impression was that we feel good in the hotel. We had a generous breakfast every morning. The cleaning was done every day! A practical informatio... we could use the hotel's fridge to keep our food cool. Really nice stay there!

The CK BnB was a really cool place for us to stay at for our trip to rome! The location is pretty good - 15mins form Termini, 20mins from Colosseum/Forum Romanum, 2mins from Metro to the Vatican. The place itself is really nice, has individualized rooms that are well kept - we felt very comfortable and at-home while staying there. One thing I learned in many years of travelling Italy is: forget the breakfast! The cool thing here is that the kitchen is open, so you can aways get coffe and toast.
