This is not a hostel. It's an apartment. AVOID IT! The man in charge was all the time watching us. He sat on a couch next to our room. We felt intimidated. They never served breakfast when on the web it says it's included. We couldn't cook in the kitchen because the man told us that he could get a fine for using gas. Ridiculous lie, of course. The atmosphere is terrible, it's like staying in a monastery with a nun supervisor, the man who speaks only Italian. This apartment is scary!

We loved the stay at the hostel. Thanks for the help and the little chat we had. The room was awesome and really comfortable. :) If we come back to Venice one day we will definitely book your place again.

This was a great find in Venice. Great price, near a main water bus station with access to the airport, train station and the islands. Just a few minutes walk to St. Mark's Square. Lots of great little restaurants just down the street. Paolo was fantastic and provided great information about the area. The included breakfast was good and a great chance to meet the other people staying here.

It's a B&B so not a hostel. But the staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was decent. Coffee, juice, yoghurt, cereal, croissant, etc. it was hard to find due to lack of signage and Venezian way of numbering buildings. But I found it. It's on the same side of the road as the big church, right by a walled in compound. Bed was good. Bathroom was clean. The staff can give you recommendations on what to do, see, where to eat, party, etc. I'd stay again.

The owner, Fabio, was very helpful. We forgot a bag in the hostel and he was kind enough to send ahead the packet to our next hotel. Great help!

+ The breakfast was quite diverse and really nice to be able to eat on the balcony! + It was convenient that we could leave our luggage at the hostel! - The bathroom was decrepit and not very clean

Room was cosy and nice, and the stuff was very friendly and helpful. Good location as well! The only minus is the breakfast which was terrible! Only stuff packed in plastic, nothing fresh. But I could stay here again!

This is a really lovely place to stay - the rooms are very nice and the staff are wonderful! My only criticism is that the showers are really not very good - water pressure is often only a trickle. However the beautiful balcony and lovely helpful staff more than made up for it!

Great stay and location. Really enjoyed how it was close to the main sites but felt less busy. Close to really nice restaurants as well. Thanks to the staff who were very friendly.

It can be a long walk from he water buses, and up to the apartment itself. However, this is generally clean, pleasant place to stay which is good for money. The staff are really helpful.

A nice clean, small B&B. It was very very quiet-you barely knew anyone was there! The guy working there was lovely and gave us some great tips on where to go and what to see which was really useful. The room was basic but this suited us as we were out all day. 10 mins to St marks sq (follow the signs though!) and less to the water bus stop. The breakfast was nice and simple. Overall a pleasant place to stay and I would recommend it for those looking for some where quiet to go back to.

Unfortunately Venice was very hot during my visit and the hotel was not ready to accommodate this temperature change as the hotel did not have Air conditioning and i was carrying two very heavy suitcases and there were a series of stairs that i had to go past before i reached the hotel lobby and this caused a lot of inconvenience.

Breakfast was poor, only cheap packaged stuff. Due ot italian law said a sign in the house. But the rooms are great: really big. Ours had a piano in it.

The room I booked didn't fit our needs, but the staff was very helpful and arranged another room for a reasonable extra fee. Very good location. There are some stairs to climb. Two bathrooms, both with showers, but very poor water pressure.

When we I and my girlfriend arrived in hostel we were told that our room is not available. It was a bit unpleasant but staff have had already prepared for us whole private apartment in another location which was eventually even better close to the center + we had whole apartment for ourselves.
