Absolutely loved this hostel. We would definitely come back here! It is a bit of a walk from the bus station, but it is totally worth it. The concierge was one of the nicest people we met in Europe and extremely accommodating. If you're looking for a quaint, niche experience, this is the place.

It would have been nice to have had a safe deposit box in the room for items such as passports. Sharing a bathroom was acceptable however more toilet roll should be provided as 1 roll for 4 people is not necessarily enough. We would have preferred the room to have been cleaned on a more frequent basis as it got dusty very quickly. More pillows would have been appreciated. Breakfast is served far to early for people on holiday. it needs to go on until a later time.

Could have better lighting in the room and cleaner showers. It was kind of cold for use in our room and the heat could no be turned on. The owner was very friendly and helpful. A little bit pricy for what you are getting but it is hard because Venice is not cheap.

Lovely hostel, typically Italian. 2 mins walk and you are in beautiful venetian squares with cafes and restaurants galore, oh and the architecture! The staff member was so very helpful and his English was superb. Rooms were basic, but clean, everything worked well and the beds were very comfy! Was exceptional for the price, compared to others I looked at. Would happily return.

Very good hostel if you're looking something to spent the night, have breakfast and nothing else. The location is great because you're close to everything.

A really nice B&B in the heart of Venice. We got our rooms upgraded for free, which was a really nice surprise! The staff was very nice and tried to accommodate us the best he could. Cons: Breakfast is only from 7-8:30am

Double bed was not a double bed, it were 2 twin beds next to eachother, this is misleading and should be changed on the webiste. or at least they should be attached to eachother.... Extend breakfast from 7-8:30

I went there with my boyfriend. We arrived at 12h, (the time which was said that we should to arrive) and the man told us that we should to wait to get the room until 14h. On internet I saw that we can used the kitchen, and it is not true. I also read that we can have tea or coffee 10AM to 9PM and definitely is also false. He didn't give us a map or something like that. And the last thing is that when we arrived, he told us that we should to pay 3€/day/person. I didn't know that.
