I went there with my boyfriend. We arrived at 12h, (the time which was said that we should to arrive) and the man told us that we should to wait to get the room until 14h. On internet I saw that we can used the kitchen, and it is not true. I also read that we can have tea or coffee 10AM to 9PM and definitely is also false. He didn't give us a map or something like that. And the last thing is that when we arrived, he told us that we should to pay 3€/day/person. I didn't know that.

our stay in Venecia was really good, however in the hostel you can only take a 2 bed room but when we arrived you can be three in the same room so we ended up paying and exta room for nothing, our Friends where staying apparently in the same hostel but we never see them first because the wifi didnt work and because they we asked to stayed in another place the building behind ours...... so we couldnt communicate.

What a brilliant find. And I use the word 'find' deliberately as it took quite a bit of finding! But it is smack/dab in the very centre of Venice Island - you could not possibly hope for a better location. The requirement to pay in full immediately upon arrival in cash is a little steep and some of the instructions given - both in how to find the place and in how to get to the nearest bank and back - could do with a little fine tuning.

Greeted upon arrival by a helpful member of staff. Excellent location not too close to the centre but within short walking distance to the hot spots. A great b

Good location but very basic facilities. Room was comfy enough but very basic. I am gluten-free and so could not eat the complimentary breakfast. I asked for a bowl and spoon to eat my own cereal and had to borrow the poor staff member's mug for the time I was there! No access to fridge or even basic kitchen facilities.

the location is good, very close to a major plaza. We were organized into a separated room which is outside the hostel. we didn't receive any room service except delivery of breakfast. the reception staff is nice, but still we have to pay before we check in. and the facility in the room is very poor, only beds and chairs, not even a desk.

Room was spacious, enjoyed the breakfast. Good location close to the attractions but difficult to get to from the train station.

Everything was very good. Had a problem with the shower (sometimes the temperature dropped), but nothing too bad.
