GREAT stay in Venice at this B&B, actually a guy's apartment which he rents out to travelers. Super clean, very comfortable, nice staff, great location - I would definitely stay here again!

We had some minor problems with our room but Salvatore was very understanding, empathic and helpful about it. The location is very good, room is very characteristic. The breakfast was a dissapointment since it was only three kinds of jam, bread and black coffee. It may be okay with many appetites but it was poor to a Turkish party like us. Other than that Salvatore was kind enough to give us some restaurant hints and local bars etc which was really helpful. I would definitely reccomend Ca'zora.

Very friendly and helpful landlord providing useful advice. Quiet at night although close to all the tourist attractions. Old building with character, however the hot water and heating did not work properly in the apartment, but landlord tried to help and gave us a discount. No TV in apartment, looked a bit shabby/old, but nevertheless very spacious and charming. Recommendation!

The room was big with enough space for us to put our many luggage. There was a common area with a television and kitchen equipment. There are lots of shops and good restaurants around the area. Salvador was kind and thoughtful. He even sent us a text message asking if we got lost because we did not arrive in the guest house as expected. Not as close to St. Mark's square as I thought but the distance is not bad.

They were extremely friendly and helpful on many occasions, this included when I became stranded in another city on route to the accommodation and when I became lost only a few minutes from the Ca Zora after a long day in transit. Loved the character of the room and the bed was extremely comfortable. I will recommend them to all of my friends who travel to Venetia.

Delightful room in the heart of Venice. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and had good food recommendations. We ended up staying an extra night.

We absolutely loved our stay in Ca 'Zora! The location was amazing, close to all the sites and the supermarket. It was pretty big, easily enough room for 4 and the owners were exceptionally helpful in finding restaurants and set us up on a food and drink crawl through all the local places to try real Venetian cuisine.

Great place to stay in. Filipo and Salvatore are very nice and receptive. They gave us a great map with all the dos and don'ts. The apartment is huge and could easily fit 4 adults in. The location is brilliant, just a few minutes away from San Marco's square and very close to restaurants and a supermarket. The only thing that is not awesome is wi-fi, but when you're in Venice, you shouldn't need it. Thanks for the great stay!

This was a beautiful apartment, probably one of the most beautiful I have ever stayed in. The manager was really lovely and completely understanding when we were running late to meet him. It was a in a great location too! I would definitely recommend staying here again!

We stayed 3 nights at Ca' Zora. We had a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with lounge and kitchen. The Filipo gave us a map and highlighted the sights and some great places to eat. We try a few and the food was amazing. The apartment is in a great location, close to St Marks Square, but not too close so you dont feel like your surrounded by tourists. The only thing was you could only get wifi in the lounge room. Other than that, everything was wonderful. We would definitely stay here aga
