Excellent customer service, beautiful room that's so spacious and clean, and it's near the exit tunnel from the train station! Perfectly located. Because you are SO close to everything down the bottom of the hill, you can't see the ocean as you aren't high up on the hill, but it doesn't matter! I would definitely stay here again. Don't worry about the previous reviews - it is very easy to find, the street number is on the wall next to the gate, and it is located right on top of the Pharmacy =)

Had a great stay, although we didn't actually stay at Ca de Gianchi, we got upgraded to an apartment (after only booking a double room) and it was fantastic, closer to the water with all the comforts of home m. It also had a balcony over looking the Main Street that we could watch the world go by one. Great!

Nice location (although it would have been good if the hostel would have answered our questions relating to access and parking upfront as this caused us a big issue). Room was well equipt - fair value for money. Nice to have air conditioning!

The owner was friendly and the room was clean. The price was good and it was centrally located in town.

Lovely place to stay in one of the quieter Cinque Terra towns. Good street and hill view (no sea view, but did not miss that). Host was a delightful man who helped in a number of ways. The rooms are rather plain but still comfortable and friendly--definitely get a room with a view--that makes all the difference at this location.

Superb location and warm hospitality offered by Sergio. Overall we were very happy with our stay.
