The flat is hard to find even though one receives information via e-mail before. It is almost impossible to contact anyone before the arrival. Those who expect to find a hostel are gonna be disappointed. It is more a shared flat with unknown people. It is good that one is able to lock the room and the flat itselfis spacious but really dark. The rooms seems a little bit like a weird combutation of IKEA furniture and a collection of really old pieces of furniture.
When we got there, we called in, and we hung the bell to death. Nobody opened the door for us. I truly recommend potential guests to look for somewhere else. This place is not serious. How come you get in a place where you possibly dont speak the language, possible doesnt have a working cell phone, possibly no internet available and the place is simply closed and you have no one to contact? This is unacceptable, no matter how much it costs. Not ever even looking at the place.
While arrival of course appeared that our room is flooded and we need to move to other room in other part of city. The new room was in very poor conditions where doors where not closing properly but when they finally were able to close we got stacked in room for 2 hours! I do not recomend stay in this place, better pay more and have calm and relaxed visit in Venice.
The hostel was awfull. Firstely, they took as to a different place, 45 min away from the place that we have booked. It was a small appartement in a very bad situation. When we denied to stay there, they took us back to the original place, which is not a hostel, as it is advertised, but a very bad room "bed and breakfast". With 90 euro for a double room per night, I am sure that there is something better. Please, avoid it.
