Nice apartment in great location close to Academia, waterbus stop, Nico's gelato and supermarket. Plenty of food provided for help yourself breakfast. Lovely welcome and information provided on arrival. Fifteen minute walk to Rialto and San Marco. Would stay here again.

This was a lovely little apartment behind the Academia area of Venice. Its full of old furntiure in the welcome area and the kitchen, with steps up to a large bathroom (shower only) and more modern furniture in the bedroom. Plenty of food provided for breakfast&it's make your own. only a 15/20 minute walk to Rialto Bridge and St Marco square and you can walk everywhere Venice. Water bustops v close to take you everywhere. Only negative was no luggage storage. Would come again definitely.
