Staff was unbelievable! So helpful, nice and all of their English was great. I feel bad we only had one night with them.

Overall a really good experience at this hostel, the only downside was that the wifi was really bad. When everyone was trying to get on it you could not get on. However, the hostel did ha e two computers you could use. The breakfast was pretty bad in comparison to other, cheaper hostels I have stayed at in Uruguay.

I had a wonderful time at the hostel and it was mainly due to the other guests who where staying there. There were loads of Brazilians and we ended up making dinner all together and going out and sightseeing.

Since it was off-season, it had not that many guests. It was therefore pretty quiet. The bathrooms were one of the cleanest I have ever seen in a hostel. They were cleaned regularly throughout the day. The showers had hot water any time of the day, and there was always toilet paper. The matresses were comfy, although the pillows have an odd shape, one could have a good night sleep. The lockers on the other hand, could use an overhaul. They are cheap plywood and easy to open without any tools.

Clean hostel in an excellent location. Found the bathrooms a bit impractical. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Loved staying in this delightful hostel in a great part of Montevideo - walking distance to many of the must-see places. Kind, considerate hospitable people. "Free" breakfast a little lacking, I'd happily pay a bit more for a better start to the day.

The staff were great. Really enthusiastic! The place is clean, tidy and quite funky. Mattresses were very new and clean. The kitchen has a great layout. The only downsides were the noise of the water tanks filling up everytime water was used and that one of the two showers were out of order.

Great place, to recommend! Very friendly, helpful staff. Clean bathroom and kitchen. 6-bed dorm equipped with air condition. Free pool billiard table in the lobby. To get to old town it took me about an 10 minute walk. Hoping to come back one day!

The Hostel staff and the atmosphere was nice, specially the people that stayed at my room, they were a great group, but the hostel needs better bathrooms, and a much better heating system, it was really cold, all the time. Breakfast was ok for a hostel.

great location, and we loved the pool table! unfortunately were sharing a room with a guy who snored like a wilderbeast ALL night, but that's not the hostel's fault! not many ppl staying but it was winter, can imagine it would be a great place in the summer, and the breakfast was good too.

Very cool

Very cool centrally located hostel with nice dorms, great breakfast (bread/toast, cereal, fruit, juice, tea and coffee), awesome chillout areas and super helpful staff. Bathrooms fine and cleaned regularly (although only a few showers and toilets). Large and functional common kitchen is also a plus. One block from local bus stop and a 10 to 15 minute trip on the bus to/from the bus terminal (don't need a taxi) for only 15 pesos - bus CA1 from memory. Overall a great hostel!

Stayed in a female dorm for three nights. The rooms are good, was cold at night but every room has a heater/ AC which they later switched on. Nice area to hang around, they have a pool-table, good kitchen, breakfast is simple (coffee, milk, juices, bread , butter, jam, fruits) but absolutely sufficient and good. 5 minutes walking into the new city centre, round 10 to the ancient city. Great staff. Maria and Felipe were very helpful - thanks! Can recommend it!
