Its all good at Cable Beach Backpackers, home of young travellers and budget backpackers!
Free Breakfast' December – January 2013. Toast, Spreads, cereals, tea & coffee
Situated very close to Cable Beach, we appeal to all kinds of people and backgrounds (especially those looking for a good time).
We have both same-sex and co-ed dorm rooms, with communal bathroom. Theres also a few double and single rooms available on request. Our rooms are always basic and very clean, opening onto covered verandas overlooking either our garden courtyard and pool or the garden boundaries.
Our facilities include an on-site bar with regular themed party nights and bar games (with prizes!), a pool table, large-screen TV, a huge outdoor dining area, free use of the BBQs, a pool with sunchairs, a massive kitchen with commercially-sized fridges and gas cookers, washer and dryer (and lots of clothes lines), Wi-Fi and Internet, free on-site parking. Theres plenty of space to kick a football around.
We also have free sausage sizzle nights, free rice nights and free hot dog nights!
Were known for our great, relaxed, casual and friendly atmosphere welcome to your new home away from home! Weve been involved in the backpacking industry for over 12 years and we know what it takes to make your stay an enjoyable and memorable one. Our hostel caters to 18- to 30-year-olds, while our staff are young, casual and friendly. We want you to have a clean, safe and fun place to stay!

Staffs are good! But the cleanliness is really really poor...especially the toilet and kitchen is very poor and dirty...a lots facilities are broken in there. And the only two facilities in the room are beds and fans, the air conditioner is also broken...if you care about the cleanliness, you really need to think about it. But if you love to drink, I think the environment is really suitable.

This property has a 1 day cancellation policy.Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay.
Things to Note
A $10 deposit for each of the following is required upon check-in: key, plate & cutlery set, sheets set. All deposits are fully refundable upon complete return and check-out.
Free Daily Breakfast is toast, spreads, cereal, tea & coffee 'self serve' style from our bar daily. Available up until 31 March 2012 only.
