Staffs are good! But the cleanliness is really really poor...especially the toilet and kitchen is very poor and dirty...a lots facilities are broken in there. And the only two facilities in the room are beds and fans, the air conditioner is also broken...if you care about the cleanliness, you really need to think about it. But if you love to drink, I think the environment is really suitable.

The french receptionist was really rude and unhelpful. The rest of the staff were lovely.

Hi Kevin I'm so sorry you had a negative experience with our part-time receptionist. The only reason I can come up with is that she is in the process of leaving and you might have caught her at a bad moment! There is no excuse for rudeness though and I hope you remember us for being a fun, relaxed and friendly backpackers! Kind regards Jocelyn Vuletic

I've got mixed feelings about th hostel. First impression was awful, the receptionist was rude and forgot to pick me up from the Greyhound drop-off so I had to wait 90 mins to be picked up. They moved me to a different room because the room I was supposed to be in was really messy and smelly. Showers looked like they'd never been cleaned. The manager was lovely though and moved me to a nicer room again, free breakfast was ok..the pool was nice to cool off in.

Great little spot... It was really quiet when I was there but still met some amazing people... I think the atmosphere will be great in the dry season when its a bit busier... I would definatly stay here again!
