The hostel staff were very friendly and helpful and the facility was pretty nice. My one complaint about the hostel though was noise. This was by far the noisiest hostel I have stayed in, so if you're looking for a good nights rest you may not get it here.

totally no parking anywhere in the neighborhood, even for money! kitchen a bit dirty, hard to find anything there. EXTRA fee for linen! and afterwards, leaving, you have to take it off by yourself. no way to get to the toilet/shower in the morning!

Actually, a nice hostel, but my mattress was awful. Worst bed I have ever slept in... avoid room 230.

The location of the Hostel is great -I stayed in a private room for two nights. The bed was smelly, the sheets thin and the walls of the room were all marked up gashes and a weird 'painting'. The bed was also broken - it caved in in the middle. The staff were welcoming when I arrived however that was the extent of my interaction with people there. I wouldn't classify it as overly welcoming. I wish I had left after the first night and booked a nice hotel room.

Great place to stay for a very underrated city! Let the staff help you before (i.e., best tips for free parking in town!) and during your stay (i.e., beaches and food) - very helpfull and passionate. We got a very nice double room, high privacy and basic but curious style. Tip: Take a long (free) breakfast time and bring it over the rooftop terrace.

Possibly the best hostel I've stayed in! Great atmosphere, and the staff are awesome people, and great to chill out with over a few drinks on the brilliant roof terrace - complete with hammock. WiFi works everywhere in the hostel, plenty of power sockets in the rooms and common areas. Fully equipped kitchen, breakfast included. Some cool activities to get involved in if you're interested as well. Booked two nights, but ended up staying 6 - just wish I could stay longer! :)

Really lovely staff who made me feel comfortable straight away. The private bedroom I had was very scruffy and expensive for what it was. I hope the owner will give the room a fresh coat of paint. Shower was more of a dribble! Breakfast is the usual pastries, cornflakes, toast, orange juice, coffee. The location is perfect, very near the beach, the cathedral and the train station! I would definitely stay there again.

Small social area excluding the terrace (weather dependent). Hostel is ok, but I'll never forget that they separated us to different rooms even when we made only one reservation... big mistake! Nevertheless, sometimes happen silly things like that, but if you like I recommend this place...

I only spent one night in this hostel and have nothing bad to say. They made a vege dinner and then we went out to some local bars. Good fun.

Not a bad place really, just very over priced, or at least the private rooms are. Travelled round Andalucia for 2 weeks and I think we paid more here than anywhere, but it was comparatively poor. If they want to charge as much as a decent cheap hotel or guesthouses/hostals they should at least try and offer the same quality in return. That said the place is a well located and the staff were friendly and pretty helpful, just not good value for money if you're in a private room.

Not really happy with private room, needs to be 'freshened up'. Good atmosphere at this hostel and the staff are very friendly. Comfortable enough for a couple of days.

Make sure to ask for the bookmark that they stamp to indicate you've visited the hostel. (If you go on to get it stamped later by their branches in Seville and Granada, you get a free night at one of the hostels.)
