Located just 1600 metres from the city centre and Esplanade Lagoon and all major transport. Public transport stops out side for a quick ride to town if your feeling lazy. At The Beach house you get a great nights sleep and if you want to party it�s a short walk away. Close to the ocean and parks with supermarkets etc close by...

Latest Review
Please don't fall for the gimmicks. Free breakfast is weetabix, sometimes there is bread and a toaster, sometimes you'll be lucky and there will even be butter to put on it. There were never any mugs. Free dinner was measly, everyone had to go out and get a takeaway after. They may as well not bother. Yes it's very cheap if that's what you are after. Room door was never locked, covered in cobwebs, blinds in bathroom window broken so anyone could see in. Not recommended. No good communal areas.
