There was hot water, clean sheets and nice people. There weren't any lockers or options for storing valuables but I still felt safe leaving my stuff under the bed. A really good location that I felt safe in. Its near all the good bits of Cairns. Staff are happy to help with where to go for bits and they help with organising tours too.
