Actually, there weren't such a great view from the balcony, which we were looking for. Hotel is on the second floor. Location is really good, 5 minutes from the Egyptian museum by foot, 5 minutes from the bus station by taxi. Staff is helpful and affable. But when we asked about tea, they didn't tell us that it have to be paid. We knew about that before living. Room was clean, but there were cockroaches.
