They could care a little bit more on cleanliness and have extra plugs inside the room.

Stayed at the hostel for 4 nights, but had some problems.. in one of the days we had no hot water in the showers and on another day i had a charger stolen... even with a camera right in front of where I had left it, I complained at reception and I was told that they could not see the recordings of the cameras @_@. However the hostel has a good atmosphere for interaction of people and some attendants were kind.

The room was fine, the hangout space was great, and the restauarant downstairs was great! However the bathrooms were dirty, and the kitchen wasn't great...dirty, half of the burners don't function, and it's missing essential tools to make dinner. I think this is because the desk staff never seem to go upstairs, so they aren't aware of what happens up there.

I cant say we had a good stay in this hostel as it lacks several basic things that any hostel has. The wifi from the hostel simply didnt work, the kitchen was most of the times a complete mess with leftovers of other guests, the bathroom never had toilet paper and so on. The staff on the other hand was very nice and spoke different languages very good.

The bathrooms were completely disgusting and never had any toilet paper. Impossible to sleep at night cause you can hear everything in the hostel and outside. Definitely a party hostel. The only upside is that the wifi worked in some rooms and the location is good. Wouldn´t stay here again.

Great location and looked as good or better than the other Hostels in the area.

We booked our room over one month in advance and when we showed up they couldn't manage to put us (a couple) in the same room because they said the hostel was completely full. Then the tried to charge us more than we owed according to our reservation. The hostel is in a good location, and the food at their restaurant looked good. Half the staff was very unhelpful, and the other half were pleasant. Dirty common area kitchen, and no fun vibe at the hostel. I wouldn't stay here again.

Nice Hostel, great location.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Lively atmosphere. Located at the center walking distance to everything a traveller would need, including the bus station.

They have to improve the security and the clear. The staff and atmosphere was nice. (The lady's that work in the kitchen are amazing)

The showers and the toilets were disgusting. With no toilet paper, Also the kitchen. There was no equipment in the kitchen almost at all.

The staff is not that nice and sometimes they dont speak english. Have a nice breakfast and a good kitchen fot cooking. The wifi is terrible. But the rooms are very nice, the bathroom is clean with hot water.

I stayed with my girlfriend and we got a lot of bedbug bites, we have rashes all over our bodies, we told that to the hostel staff and they said those were some insects tourists bring from the mountains, not assuming their responsibility of fumigation and cleanliness of the hostel, now we have marks in our bodies! Plus the kitchen was the worst kitchen l've ever seen, so dirty and poorly equipped, and if you pretend to rest there, forget it, people are shouting till late! Not recommend it at all

Would have liked to have the lock-boxes inside the room, but everything else was great!

No soap in the bathrooms that were also regularly out of paper with toilet doors unable to ock/close. Kitchen was very poorly stocked, one or two cooking pots, a few plates and not much else, only on fridge worked properly, it was jammed packed so no wonder our food got stolen. In four bed dorm, very very tight space. One key to the door for yhe four of us. Would not stay there again.
