should be warned about the old man living there who sounds like hes dying and stands in the room naked for 20 mins while he thinks about getting dressed and takes another 20 to get dressed pretty gross! bathrooms pretty yuck, cleaners rude. everything else is great but more tv stations would be a plus. vegemite for breakky WOO!

I loved the character of the building inside, the paintings on the walls and doors really made it seem relaxed and made the stay more enjoyable. I wandered to parts of the hostel I wouldn't have seen to see what was painted there.

The hostel was in a great spot right off of Princes Street, the main shopping area. We were also close to the castle, the Royal Mile, and Grass Market. The rooms were spacious and clean, although the bathrooms were a little dirty. The hostel has a fun vibe and the staff was very friendly. Free internet and computers were an extra bonus, as was breakfast. I really enjoyed my stay!

The hostel is located at the edge of the city centre. The main shopping road is the way to the old city/castle. Breakfast is the chance to meet with other people.

I would stay here again 1000 more times. The staff was great, the atmosphere was safe and comfortable, and there was free breakfast. I would recommend it to even the pickiest people.

This was one of the best hostels I have stayed in! Great location, free Internet and wifi, bar, huge kitchen, laundry, plenty of showers, tv room and the rooms had your own personal lockers in them.. Was great to stay somewhere that the staff were so friendly and helpful.. Don't look any further for a hostel, this is the place you want to be..
