it's really a good moment during my stay, stuffs are very helpful. last day i have to leave at 6 am from the hostel to catch the bus to airport, normally breakfast is open from 6am (which is already very early compare others), and when the stuff saw me preparing my bags, he offered drinks, bread, and cereal as soon as he could, so nice and so great, really great, facilities are great too, WIFI everywhere, cinema room, reading room, bar area, perfect location...recommended 100%

My main complaint would be the layout of the girls bathroom. There was no changing area and did not allow any privacy. The door opened directly onto the showers. It was manageable in the off season as there was no one coming in and out but in summer it must be uncomfortable and difficult.

In the women's bathroom the showers weren't very private and there was no electrical sockets. Also they weren't very clean. Other than that the common area is great, the beds are warm and comfortable and it's an easy walk to everywhere you need to go.

Great place to stay. Bit hard lugging your luggage up the stairs and having to buzz in and out all the time was a bit annoying. Plus the rooms got pretty hot and the windows wouldn't open. Really good internet access and nice simple breakfast. Cool cinema room and loved the cucumber room!

lockers in rooms did not actually lock, the bathrooms were dirty as well as having no privacy. No room to put your clothes while you showered. Otherwise the free breakfast was pretty good and the rooms were very large just sucked about the bathrooms being poor quality, dimly lit and dirty as well as the lockers not working properly.

I had a great time! It was my first time in a hostel and it was so so good. I stayed in a female dorm with 8 beds and it was very quiet at night. The room was very big, with big lockers as well. Breakfast was awesome and the staff always answered every question I had. They were very helpful! I'd definitely stay there again.

There was one member of staff we found helpful (the young girl), the rest of the staff were rude and difficult to deal with and shed a negative light on our stay, would have stayed longer if the staff had of been nicer. At one stage the cleaner came in and picked my bag up spilling the contents all over the floor instead of an apology I was told that I shouldn't have left it open like that.

AMAZING hostel! Stayed here over New years - great location, go to the cheap burger joint next door for best meals or cook your own stuff. There's a sainsbury around the corner. Bit far of a walk from 'main' drag, but still goo to get 'away' from the business. Would definitely stay here again. I stayed in the crazy 36 (or 39?) mixed dorm and was loads of fun! Super safe :)

Bathrooms were a little small, but everything else was excellent. I especially liked the lockers in the room. I felt my valuables were safe while i was out and i didn't have to carry them around everywhere

too expensive for new year's eve but every place is that expensive (50 euros per night) pros: close to the main attractions, friendly staff, nice hostel with pool to play, chill out area and a bar. cons: uncomfortable and noisy bunks, not so hot shower (maybe because many people were showering at the same time), too big hostel (I prefer smaller ones, easier to meet people)

Really fun accommodation! I was a lone traveller but then I met another lone traveller and we ended up spending Hogmanay together as well as traveling to Glasgow together. It's a great hostel that sets up that kind of environment to socialize. Will defs go again
