Great staff, location and ambiance!

Great location and staff. Emilie is a gracious hostess, if you have ?'s about anything ask her. This is a beach front property, the housekeeper does her best to sweep out sand, but u need to do your part. Someone once posted a negative comment about the bathrooms being locked at night and having to pee on the beach, obviously that is a ridiculous statement. There are 2 common use bathrooms at this hostel. One upstairs that is open 24 hours, and one in the common room closed from 7pm until 7am.

Dear guest! Thanks a lot for your comment and also for putting info streight about the bathrooms! Yes we work very hard everyday in order to keep the sand out but as you said, each and everyone needs to be a bit carefull!!! That is leaving on the beach! Thanks for your visit and we would be very happy to see you again!

This would be an almost perfect hostel with the exception of their only being two bathrooms for the hostels of which get locked at nighttime. If you wake up at night expect to pee on the beach, otherwise great atmosphere and great cook( included breakfast)

Hi! We are very so you did not get the right information, we have a full bathroom available for our dear guests 24hours, 7days a week. We would never ever let any client having to use the beach as a toilet., we care too much about our guests. Take care.

Communal bathroom was absolutely disgusting. I didn't even shower, I waited to leave to another hostel to shower. Sand was everywhere, and sometimes the motion lights would either not go on or would turn off while you are still in the hallway.

You never know with what kind of person you will be sharing a shared bathroom and this is unfortunately something we can't control neither. We clean as many times as possible, but as no one has the same hygienist's costumes, some clients can be not as careful as others. That is why we have rooms with private bathroom and others with shared bathrooms, so every client can select the best room for its needs. The risk exist with shared bathroom , that's why they'r are less expensive!

This was the best hostel we stayed in during our week-long trip to Santa Cruz and Isabela. Very chill vibe with all necessary amenities (and a GREAT breakfast). Felipe is the best host and somehow manages to cater to every visitor's needs. Staff does a great job keeping the hostel clean and pleasant (despite all the sand from the beach which is only feet away). Speaking of the beach...it's right outside the window - best location ever. If you go to Isabela, stay here, you won't regret it.

Dear , Thanks for your great comment. We are so happy you liked our place and saw all the efforts we all do everyday in order to keep our place super clean, despite the beach surrounding us... People getting in and out and in and out again, bring sand all the time in the hotel, so we clean and clean and keep cleaning so our guests are happy, because that is what's important for us: making people happy! Thanks again for your comment and most of everything for your visit. Take care!
