Everything was great! We stayed in double room and it was realy nice and very clean. There are many showers and no problems with queue. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is a nice bar inside with music and good food, but if you want to have rest and sleep - it is not a problem!

We stayed in a double room for 2 nights. The hostel has great character with a large bar/swimming pool/eating area. There is a grill where you can buy meals for great prices and lovely food...great steak and lasagne!! The room and showers were very clean and seemed to be plenty of them. The only negative point was that our room looked out on the bar area so it was a little noisy with music at night but it wasn\'t too bad and would not stop me returning to Calypso!! Super clean hostel a bit outside of th emain drag/happening area of Alice. The 7pm close time of reception makes it a bit of a challenge for those returning to Alice from tour. a really good hostel! the only thing which is not perfect, is the location. its a bit outside. but not to far!
The Breakfast and the dinner is really really good and cheap!

Decent bar to get to know people & decent buffet\'s in the evening. Good security & free rides to town about 2k\'s away. Room\'s like a prison cell, nothing in them & kitchen & bathroom one\'s of the poorest we stayed in-kitchen as v few utensils!
