Location is perfect, there is a live music pub only for 2 minutes! Breakfast and linen (warm duvet) are included, but note that towel is for 1?. Rooms are small, tidy, but walls are very thin. Staff is very nice and helpful. Security in the kitchen is very poor: me and 5 friends were stay together for 4 days and something was disappeared almost every day (altough our name was written on the food bags). Anyway, we had a great time in Dublin and we liked the hostel, but take care of your food!

Double-bed rooms are a bit too squeezed and new spring mattresses should be installed.

Rain dripped into the kitchen and made the floor wet and slippery, but this is the only thing that I can complain about. It is a very nice hostel.

There are equally cheap hostels in Dublin that are closer to the centre, but otherwise Camden Place was great. Good size, free help-yourself-breakfast. I liked the free coffee and tea all day. Free wireless does not work in all the rooms, but works fine in the communal areas.

this was the best hostel i have ever stayed in!!! i could not believe how big the kitchen was. the BLANKETS were like duvees! okay not aactually, but extremely comfy!! although there were no lockers, i felt safe leaving my suitcase underneith my bed, as my bunkmates and i became friends! (you can leave suitcases behind desk for more security). location was pretty good, about 15 min walk to downtown, can't complain!

Generally loud at night from the nearby club and drunk people yelling at each other. Other than that it is great - free breakfast, free internet, friendly staff, close proximity to everything you might care to see.
