I had a nice experience there. It's not far from city center and costs a lot less than a hotel. The only problem was I could hear people talking in the kitchen, so ear plugs were a must to have a quiet night.

Great for a cheap stay while I was at a conference in salt lake. Perhaps less to do during the day, but right next to Trax so you can go to all the sights easily. Very clean and well maintained, would recommend.

Overall a good stay. I would just suggest separating the girls and guys bathroom, there definitely enough to offer this.

I arrived in town at 3 AM, but it was no problem - the self-check-in worked perfectly and was easy. The hostel is clean, modern, and cozy (more so than the outside would suggest!) and has a nice kitchen and several clean shared bathrooms. The owner was great; I called the night before I left to request a storage locker, and in the morning I had the key code to the locker in my email inbox. It's also right around the corner from a rail station, which is convenient.

All was well except the smoke detector had an old battery so it beeped every 5 minutes. Bring your earplugs!

Great place to stay while visiting, im happy I chose to stay there. Low price, after understanding how to check in very simple, a great hostel to be more or less self sufficient. Privacy if you want it or a place to easily meet others, it was fun and close enough to downtown to be able to walk, and even the neighbourhood is not that bad, 7 11 close and taco carts and coffe shops, and a train station pretty close too to take you downtown, or the other way which I did not explore. Thumbs up, thank

The hostel was safe and in a pretty good location, near public transit, making it easy to get around. The room (I had a single with shared bath) was clean and decent. However, the bed was absolutely horrible. The closest comparison I can come up with is my grandparents old, broken, pull-out couch bed. I rarely complain about mattresses or back pain, but it was bad enough here that I checked out early and found another place with much better beds. After about a week my back finally felt normal.

I stayed here in a single room and also in a double with a friend. Great hostel, SUPER CLEAN! Highly recommended. The only downside is that it doesn't have a good common area to hang out in like most European hostels, but most Americans aren't trying to socialize with random people anyway so this place is great!

They canceled my reservation because my card didn`t work for them. But I could pay cash.

The hostel really fulfilled all my expectations. It is more for the independent minded traveler, than for the young crowd that is looking to hang out. I am already considering my next skiing holiday, I would stay there again.

The experience I had was great - the lack of any staff on the premises was a bit disconcerting. That said, it was a great bargain and a comfy sleep.
