We never saw the host once, we found it very strange that they would leave the key there and they don't tell us when they will pick up the money.

Great location. Quiet. Cozy. Perfect size for three people. We were not expecting much, but it was great for us since we were only there at night. Easy to find (right up the stairs towards the path to Monterosso). Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Thanks Camere Enrica! The great room made us feel like home.

The room was in perfect conditions and the location was really good in the centre of the small village Vernazza. However, since we couldn't find the street, we went to the main square and some guys from a bar helped us to find the room, it was a bit strange because the door was open and there was a note in the desk inside the room. Maybe it's how things work in villages like that one but we are not used to it. Anyway, our time in Cinque Terre was great and the acommodation totally recommended.

Manager was extremely rude and unhelpful! There was a miscommunication due to the language barrier and he proceeded to yell at me. The bathroom is disgusting and the shower soaks the entire room, leaving it wet and humid for days. Find somewhere else to stay.

Loved the location and style. It was too hot, though. The fan wasn't working properly and would shut off. Also, check out time said 1 pm. We were told that was wrong and had to be out by 11 am. A little inconvenient because we had already made plans and needed to adjust them. They held onto our luggage but it was not in a secure location.

Pros: Good location. It was up a cool little Italian street. We had to ask a few people where to find it. After visiting all of the towns in Cinque Terre, Vernazza was definitely the place to stay. The apartment was very big and spacious. Cons: The shower water was freezing and it was only a hand held shower. We never saw the owner once throughout our two day stay. Upon arrival the key was left in the door and we just walked in. Overall cheap price and basic neccesities.

More underground than expected but still a lovely place in the expensive cinque terre.

It was a local abode that has character and is very rustic. You definitely should call or something as it is not so easy to find . The water heater ran out of hot water as I was bathing so you want to bath quickly to avoid that but I really enjoy the character of the place.

There wasn't enough hot water in the showers. You get maximum 2 minutes of hot water and then it would turn cold again...not enough for a shower. Also not enough electricity outlets in the room, it would help to provide some extra electrical strips.

Although we stayed there only for 1 night, the conditions where excellent. Minutes after the reservation we received an e-mail from the owner with directions how to get to the room. The facilities were top notch, it's definitely worth the money. We had everything included, from bed linen, sheets, towels, kitchen ware, heating devices (being february). The location is wonderful, on a very narrow street, very romantic and intimate. All in all, we would gladly recommend this accommodation!

Room was very comfortable and clean. A very cosy room. and the location was pretty convenient but given that the city is pretty small that was a given. Spent a while trying to find the place though because I didn't bother to check my email. Turns out they gave me directions after all.

Wonderful Hotel. Beautiful, clean and renovated. The location is great, only 2 minutes from the train station and 3m from the sea (the town is very very small). This hotel is simply perfect, except for one problem: We were there in the end of October, and it gets very cold by night. However, the owner refused to turn on the heating, and offered us to change to a more expensive room (120 euros) with air condition. So if u go there on the fall, don't forget to bring warm pajamas.

I thought that the room was very nice and had all the necessary facilities for a great stay. However, Vernazza had a downpour during our stay where the streets flooded and our room also started leaking. This did cause some of our belongings to get wet, which put a damper on the stay. Other than the leaking, the stay was incredibly nice.

we felt very welcome here.50 metres outside the door and we were right in the middle of Vernazza. It was a bit of a hassle having to pay in cash but we were expecting this so, no problem.

Really wished for WiFi here! But location was amazing...room was clean...the only thing that was a huge bummer was that the check out time was 11am...so we couldn't even spend the day on the beach because we had all of our stuff with us....luggage storage place would make this place a perfect place!!! Overall, wonderful stay!

We never met any staff. When we came we found the door open and a note left to us about paying the rent etc. The next day we noticed someone had been in the room taking the rent, garbage and making the bed. The day after that someone had been in the room, but just took a empty pizza box. We found this very weird and unnerving.

Pretty standard hostel. One downside was we never saw the owner/manager so there was no guidance. Also they gave us 3 different check out times at booking, check in and when we asked about the inconsistencies between the two. For the price though, it was sufficient.

I had a lovely stay in this little room. It was clean and cool despite a hot day. This room was very easy to get to from the train station, with far fewer stairs to manage than many other hostels/ B&Bs in Vernazza. Our only concern was that the shower leaked a bit.
