This hotel is an excellent choice to stay at while in Puno. It is in a terrific location just 2 blocks from restaurants, shops and pubs. The staff are very helpful the manager Cesar was ver helpful and even went to the bus station to buy our tickets for us. The breakfast is also excellent and includes eggs which is nice. The room that we had was a good size had a comfy bed and the best HOT shower we have had in Sout America- Highly rcommended. This hotel is an excellent choice to stay at while in Puno. The most helpful staff we've ever encountered on our travels. Cesar and Liz were so friendly and full of advice. Cesar even got us our bus tickets to our next destination! Very highly recommended. Not a party hostel so great for a good night's sleep. The most helpful staff we've ever encountered on our travels. Cesar and Liz were so friendly and full of advice. Right on the Plaza de Armas making it a great location. Close to Jacks restaurant for that safe pre trek meal. Very quiet and relaxed hostal. Staff were really accomodating, looking after our luggage when we did the inca trek. Ask for a quiet room first night we stayed right on the road which can be a bit noisy due to the car horns. We really enjoyed our stay in Puno. The hostal was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the best we had in Peru. Nice breakfast and good location at one end of the main drag in Puno. Staff were helpful and my room was serviced everyday. Plenty of hot water. I was on the top floor (5th) and its a bit of a breathless climb at this altutude. Luckily there are sofas on each floor to allow a rest. Booked a Lake Titicaca trip through the hostel and it was great. Nice breakfast and good location at one end of the main drag in Puno. Staff were helpful and my room was serviced everyday. You're definitely choosing a hotel over a hostel with Camino Real - but the right choice for us as it was a great place to leave and return to having spent 2 days on the islands of Lake Titicaca.
