This is the email message I sent you on Oct. 22nd: "I arrived at the hotel Cammerpoorte in at midnight. The hotel said they had never received such a booking and that they didn't even know hostelworld.com, etc. The hotel was full and I had to look for another one in the rain in the middle of the night..... Please explain."

Booked a single but ended up in a twin. Lots of extra room! Front window but not too noisy and good for the fresh air as was hot. Also provided a fan. Would recommend it.
