Great location, good price, quiet. The manager is very friendly and knowledgable about the area. The hotel is in a niche and easy to walk past. Make sure you ring ahead to confirm your arrival.Great location, good price, quiet. The manager is very friendly and knowledgable about the area. The hotel is in a niche and easy to walk past. Clean and private with a beautiful view. The landlord was friendly and we kept extending our stay because it was such a lovely town, and a good location for a reasonable price.

Great little spot, you get your room and then dont see anyone again which on one hand is great but on another, if you have a problem then well, it is a problem. Semi central in a nice quiet spot. The first impression was good: clean, a kitchen, a common room, a double bed and the owner was quite friendly. But if you look more in details this guesthouse has some negative aspects. On my pillow I found some bloodstains. There were no basket in our room and the common room was closed. Furthermore, in the bathroom there was mould on the ceiling. The first impression was good: clean, a kitchen, a common room, a double bed and the owner was quite friendly. Rooms located in a beautiful apartment located a block from the Camollia gate--a 10 to 15 minute walk from the Piazza del Campo. Not for those looking for a hostel type experience, but in my opinion much nicer and a much better value than a conventional hotel room. It is possible that a phone call will be required to check in--the nearest pay phone I could find that accepted coins is about 100 paces inside the Camollia gate, on your left as you enter. Not to be confused with the Camollia B&B.Rooms located in a beautiful apartment located a block from the Camollia gate--a 10 to 15 minute walk from the Piazza del Campo. the best thing you get there is an adorable view from the window: town roofs and green vineyard hills of Tuscany. also, the location is quite good, a few steps behind the oldtown wall. the place was quiet and clean, freshly renovated. "invisible" staff: we only met the guy on arrival - there's no reception desk.the best thing you get there is an adorable view from the window: town roofs and green vineyard hills of Tuscany. also, the location is quite good, a few steps behind the oldtown wall. the place was quiet and clean, freshly renovated.
