The price good, the location is 20 minutes to Venice but the bust stop is in front of so it is not problem. The only not good thing is the bathroom is far from your room, its because the type of room that we choose but for the price is ok.

I hated that their internet was horrible and they only have it in the common area until 11pm, when they shut down. I would still stay here again because it saved me so much money and it was nice and clean. It was NOT inconvenient to take a 30 minute bus to/from Venice for 1.30euros each way. If this is a problem, then pay the big money to stay in Venice. Otherwise, stop complaining and enjoy Venice! Stay alert on the bus back to camp at night because the stop is easy to miss!

The good: This place was really cheap, so it was great for my budget. The bad: no breakfast, nothing to do at the campsite, buses into Venice are very unreliable and just won't show up, and then show up packed so you have to wait even longer for the next one. I got covered in bug bites in my 3 nights there. The staff were hit and miss. Some were very nice and helpful, others were surly and rude. My bungalow was very cold at night . They supply you with a little plug in heater though.

As a campsite you must upgrade the common kitchen! there is nothing but old pans. The rest is ok!

While it was somewhat inconvenient to have to take the bus into Venice every day, it was an excellent value for the money and definitely worth it. The facilities were sparse but everything was clean, and for as cheap as it was I really don't have anything to complain about. As long as you realize that when it says "Camping" in the name you won't be getting anything above the bare necessities, you'll be fine. I would stay there again.

In its price level probably the best option to stay. It is 20 mins from center, but out of city and the bus does not go so often after 10pm with no connection after midnight. As long as you follow the schedule and you only need to go there to sleep it is good. We especially appreciated the variety of cheap wine in the camping shop. Security limited, since you live in sort of caravans, but we did not have any trouble.

Don't expect too much from CDS, it's very basic and wouldn't advice going there in cold weather as u had to use outside toilets n showers. Other than that it's great value if u are on a budget. The place is only 20 mins away from city centre( exactly 20 min, I timed it everytime !) and buses run on time. overall a nice place!

Far out of town and difficult to get to, in a dodgy looking industrial area. If you're not used to the buses in Venice it is easy to end up getting on the wrong one. Venice was beautiful, but I wish I'd stayed centrally.

Location is good, apart from the unlucky morning when they have strike n took us over an hour to get to Venice, usually bus journey takes about 35min to/from Venice. Also v close to mestre train station. Bus frequcy is ok, but no bus after midnight may not idealif u planning to stay out late. The caravan we stayed is old but you got what you pay for, Venice accommodation is expensI've, I'm glad we found this place

This place was awesome. Considering how expensive Venice accommodation is this is the perfect alternative. The bathrooms etc were cleaner then alot of the hostels we've sated at and even though the cabins are tiny they are still great to chill out in. Perfect place for some peace and quiet o you've been traveling the big cities for a while like we had. Bus stop directly out front to take you right into Venice. About 20 mins. Can be a little tricky to get off at the right stop though!!

The staff was completely rude and unhelpful. The showers in the camper trailers were disgusting! Black mold everywhere. Their prices for pizza and laundry are horrendous! It is about a 30min bus ride to get here from the venice bus station. So many mosquitos!
