right out in the sticks, unsympathetic host, very clean bathrooms, very loud (highway next to camping side), luckily we just had to stay only 2 instead of 4 booked days, Attention: "dorms" are tents!

Great value for money! For a campsite, this is excellent. Really clean showers/toilets. Laundry on site. Just buy toilet paper from the on site supermarket! It takes about 40 minutes to get into Rome but if this doesn't bother you, you will enjoy your stay here!

Noisy groups should be controlled better by security. We just spent an overnight after having traveled 11hrs by car and by the next day we traveled another 9hrs so all we wanted was peace and quiet. Reception and Housekeeping staff excellent. Restaurant staff need to be more attentive and knowledgeable. We are returning for 2 nights on our return journey back home i.e. next week.

I was surprised when we arrived! Our double private tent was amazing! very big and with our own kitchen. Unfortunately we had some problems in the middle of the night that we didnt know could be fixed as there is always someone in the reception. But anyway, when we told about it in the morning, it was too late to fix it but the guy in the reception was really nice and gave us some free vouchers for food!!!

The pool and surrounding facilities were great. Our tent however flooded majorly. Some stuff we had on the floor was ruined. All the staff answered all our questions on our stay but tried to hurry us along and did not seem happy to help us. In fact I felt many of them seemed annoyed that I was asking them questions and they did not try to hide it. For the value it was fine. We had a roof and bathroom facilities which was what we needed.

My only complaints arethat the directions in hostelworld are really horrible, could be way more specific. Staff was average. However an amazing tent. Basically a house, little kitchen with fridge and burners pots pans everything you need. A table with chairs inside and outside and 2 separate bedrooms. Much more then we expected And even had adorable kittens under our tent. Pool was amazing lots of sports to play, you'll never be bored. Easy to get to the city, will stay again high,y recommended

We stayed in a 2 bed tent it was nice and roomy inside. The facilities were great, but they do not provide toilet roll for some reason. Getting into Rome was easy from the campsite. I think it cost €6 for a day ticket which you can use until midnight. The bus station was near the site and changing onto the train was no big deal. The transport ran till midnight so it was good for us.

Nice pool to chill out after a long day in Rome. It can be noisy near the pool and restaurant bars. Would be nice if had cooking facilities but the pizza was ok and the supermarket has enough food to make picnics Eric for dinner. Only took 45mun max to get to central Rome. Good cheap alternative to hostels but wifi is pretty slow

The location and facilities are beautiful, It's a way out but its easy to get into the city and doesn't take very long. Thanks to all the helpful staff!

If the restaurant wants to sell fish dishes, then the chefs should really learn how to cook the fish as well. I had the dryest swordfish ever, so definitely not recommending that to anyone. Also I think the shop is way too expensive. Final criticism is that you are not allowed to enter the pool area wearing shoes, even if you just want to eat something at the bar.. Dirty slippers are allowed but clean shoes are not -except for the staff (who even went into the water wearing their shoes...)

Really good idea for backpackers who want to do a bit of camping but don't have any equipment. It was a bit far from the city but the local transport was excellent getting there and back, only a short walk to the bus station. Mostly families so not the best place to meet other travelers but still relaxing place to spend after sightseeing Rome all day. Only thing they need is a camp kitchen!!!!

We haad nights in the 'bungalow' and tent. The bungalow had air conditioning, and was very functional. The two man tent was a little too close to the bar for me, as I'm a light sleeper. Would be ok for those who want late nights, or those who sleep through noise. The camp facilities were very good and prices very reasonable. The ice creams are a bonus!

If you looking for somewhere different to stay this is your place !!! It was a really glad experience !!! It's basically a familiar camping !!! The location it was the only problem because it's a bit far from the underground station and the bus rarely come !!! But I loved the atmosphere and all the facilities offered !!!

This 'hostel' is fantastic value for money but I would stress that it isn't really a hostel. It's more of a Centre Parcs type resort but is perfect for relaxation. About 40mins travel from the city and same but the beach but it is definitely worth it! The tents were pretty clean but were right by the bar and restaurant so noise until 1am is frequent however this small downfall is nothing to the overall experience. Staff were mostly welcoming apart from 1rude lady. LOVED my stay here will go back

Great for children!, pools, supermarket, nice staff. We stayed in a rented tent. You hear neighbours and all awake till at least 2h. A man with a chainsaw was daily cutting hedges around the tents at 9h!. Beds are fine, but don´t count on a lot of sleep (also not with earplugs). It is ca. 15 min. by bus to the underground station, then another 15 min. to Termini station. Very good connection. The road to the busstation (or to supermarket) is really very dangerous. But we loved our stay anyway.

Camping Fabulous gets very loud most nights with lots of events going on for kids and families. It is about 30 minutes away from the city center by bus and metro. However, the pool is enormous, the minimart is well-stocked, and the restaurant even had gluten-free food! Our tent was very nice and overall it was well worth the price. Note: bring or buy your own toilet paper because it is not available in the toilet area.

My boyfriend and I are backpacking and really enjoyed camping here. Roma is hectic so it was nice to leave the city and go to the chill camp site. Market was fair priced, bathrooms clean, pools were great. family oriented but the teenagers stay up late; on a Wednesday night there was a loud disco, the crowd was 13-18 so the 20 something's didn't have much to do. downfall: if you don't have a car this can be a nightmare to get to. Takes a long time and metro shut down, we missed our train out
