It's a campsite so as a traveler it's not going to be as accommodating as a hostel but it was fine for 1 night. The ferry to Venice is kinda expensive as well.

What they don't tell you is that to get from the camping grounds to Venice, you have to buy a special boat ticket that is €13 round trip. We also asked the staff about the best way to get to the airport since we were leaving very early. The staff said that the night watchman would call a taxi would be around €30, and then it would drop us off at a railway station where we could get a bus to the airport for €6.50. The watchman was asleep in his car, taxi was €50, and bus was €8. Not helpful.

Definitely upgrade to the personal bathrooms. The public ones are disgusting. Staff spoke great English and were very friendly. Difficult to get to the camp initially. The directions could be more comprehensive on the website. Still good value for the price.

Beware of the hidden costs associated with water transport to camp Fusina. It will run you about 32 euros for a 72hour pass. And 72 hours doesn't actually mean 72 hours. We had to buy a ticket on the morning we left even though we hadn't bought our pass till late afternoon when we got there. You have to pay for wifi and the drinks at the bar are not cheap. Lots of families and children there. Bathrooms are clean and the staff are friendly.

Camping Fusina was a great experience. The facilities were very good compared to the price. Except of course the Market was closed and we couldn't buy anything, since there's nothing in the neighboring area.
