Nice hostel. We stayed in the main building, beautiful rooms, nice and cosy - chalet style. Good kitchen but have to pay for the burners, but not expensive.Nice hostel. This place is perfect for backpakers and families to explore the swiss alps, staff are so knowledgable and friendly they can help you sort all your plans out for sight seeing. Dinner is excellent and good value for the swiss dollar. Bathroom is clean and easy to access for a stay in the cabin. Have to pay for the hotplates in the kitchen which was annoying and there's no fridge. We were delighted by the sheep in the paddock nearby! Definately need better signposting from the train station. This place is perfect for backpakers and families to explore the swiss alps, staff are so knowledgable and friendly they can help you sort all your plans out for sight seeing. I have stayed in hostels/campsites for the past two months whilst touring Europe and Camping Jungfrau was definitely my favourite. The facilities were excellent, the staff were extremely helpful and efficient (they even assisted me in planning my own day trips) and the site was perfectly located for exploring the Swiss Alps. Camping Jungfrau is a nice campsite. The location is good, it\'s about a 15 min walk to the trainstation. The cabins are pretty cosie, with 2 bunk beds and a wooden table. We were there during Sept 09, and in the morning and at night it can be prettyy cold in the cabins, but a heater is provided (not very good heater but still ok). The facilities are clean, but I wish there were more facilities around. Depending on where you\'re staying the facilities are about a 50-200 mtr walk. We loved our stay at camping jungfrau, we've never seen scenery like it,wake up and open your cabin door and theres a waterfall coming down a huge cliff! We had a private cabin with our own shower and toilet and great heating. The supermarket was reasonably priced and the restaurant had some nice food, try the pasta, its huge! The young lady waitressing was fantastic, very friendly. Its only a short walk to the falls and cable car to murren etc.Wifi should be free, cafe in town 5 francs for all day!We loved our stay at camping jungfrau, we've never seen scenery like it,wake up and open your cabin door and theres a waterfall coming down a huge cliff! We had a private cabin with our own shower and toilet and great heating. The supermarket was reasonably priced and the restaurant had some nice food, try the pasta, its huge! The young lady waitressing was fantastic, very friendly.
