Can Teo Bed And Breakfast is a spacious, bright apartment in a fully modernized 1930's Rationalist-style building located on Avinguda Comte de Sallent.
The apartment was fully refurbished in 2005 to a luxurious standard, with a fully-fitted independent kitchen-dining room, two full bathrooms and a terrace. There are wooden floors, central heating, sound-proof double-glazed windows and filtered drinking water throughout.
There are two rooms for two people and two rooms for three people. Each has a wardrobe, large windows or glass balcony doors, TV, Internet, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer and fresh linen.
Our apartment is in the very centre of Palma's commercial and economic district, just 2 minutes from the main square (Plaza España). Travelling from the square there are great connections via public transport to the rest of the city and the whole island. Airport and city-centre bus stops are directly opposite our building.

Cancellation Policy
This property has a 3 day cancellation policy.Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay.
Things to Note
Check-out: 11am
Check-In times must be agreed on with the owner; they will contact you after you have booked to confirm your time of arrival. If your time of arrival is modified or delayed you must get in touch with the owner at once.
For check-in after midnight, there will be a surcharge of an extra night's stay since the room will be occupied for an additional night that the system does not contemplate.
Breakfast is not included in the price.
Kitchen facilities may be used from 7am to 11pm.
Please keep the noise down from 11pm onwards, in respect for our other guests and building tenants.
All payments to be made in cash.
We have a three day cancellation policy.
