The location is fantastic--I was able to walk just about everywhere I wanted to go. The place had a pretty good kitchen and free coffee in the mornings. The bathrooms got a pretty humid after a lot of people took showers, but that wasn't such a big deal. Cool place to stay and the staff's really friendly.

Amazing hostel, super clean and great location. Only thing was that I booked for 5 nights but they put me in a different room the first night so I had to check out (get up early and move my super heavy luggage) and check in again after a few hours. But I guess that happens.

The Hostel was really great, we really appreciated the staff there especially Jessica she was really warm, nice, understanding please send her our gratitude! Probably the only thing that we would recommend is a better breakfast option but besides that everything about it was awesome! We will definitely recommend your place to fellow travellers and friends! From the New Yorker and Australian!

Nice hostel, comfy beds, good shower. Some good activities on each night. Very good location. Lockers in room a bit small. Lots of people arriving late each night - would be nice if they could possibly put them all in the same room!

As someone who has traveled across Europe in hostels, I was surprised that this is the best rated hostel in North America. This is a good hostel, don't get me wrong, but there is MUCH they could do to improve. The beds aren't too comfortable, and it should be made more clear what the locker room is. This isn't a locked room you can leave your luggage in, but an open area that anyone from the street could come into and take your stuff. Overall, it was pretty good. Nice and warm.

Great location in downtown Toronto. Super close to shopping, restaurants and clubs on Queen Street. The room and bathroom were clean, staff was friendly. A bit expensive for what you get, but I supposed location does merit the price.

Great atmosphere for mixing with other travelers in the common areas downstairs. I love that it's on a quiet side street yet also in the middle f downtown.

Great hostel would def go back again. Only suggestion would be some bigger shower facilities but other than that great job. Breakfast was average just a standard continental.

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly, the atmosphere is great and the pancakes are a nice touch. The only complaint we had was that twice staff opened our bedroom door and walked in without knocking. We were staying in a private double and definitely did not expect this! No apology was offered on either occasion.

I liked the hostel and had a good time, but as an improvement, the washrooms could be cleaner.

I really enjoyed my stay.Although I was somewhat older than most of the others, they made me feel included, as did the staff.

The usual hostelling conditions combined with an unbeatable location. If you want to explore the downtown of Toronto, this is THE place to stay. We had a great time here, and certainly intend to book again when we revisit this city.

I’ve been in the hostel for two nights on a weekend trip to Toronto/Niagara and it was a really great time. We were looking for a cheap room in central Toronto and that was the best we could find. Our room was clean and had comfortable beds. They have enough shared and clean bathrooms; I did not have to wait the whole weekend. The Team was very friendly and helped us wherever they could. Every day there are special events in the hostel. We joined the pub crawling tour -> Great Evening!
