We stayed in a loft room on the top floor of the owner's residential house. The family (incl young kids) live there and so the environment is very 'homely'. Would not be ideal if you wanted to meet people or party late but it was great for us and what we wanted to do

Lovely house near the main attractions in Bruges. Fleur will make sure you have a nice stay and will give you tips to visit Bruges. The room in the upper level of the house has a steep flight of stairs to get there. Whilst it was no issue for us, older travellers or people with less mobility would likely find the stairs a bit challenging. The room was spotless clean and tidy. Breakfast was very good made of croissants and pain au chocolat from a local bakery. Would stay there again.

This is such a brilliant little B&B in the centre of Bruges. It's 10minutes walk to the centre of Bruges and there is so much that you could possibly want near by, restaurants, bars, sights, supermarkets and more. The rooms are nice but the bathroom as really quite small. The family who own this B&B are lovely and ever so helpful with tips on things to do if your stuck. Would recommend to budget travellers looking for something a little nicer than hostels.

Fleur was very welcoming and helpful. Our studio flat on ground floor was way more than we expected, especially for the money we paid - as a little kitchenette was included. Close proximity to the centre of Brugges and overlooking the canal. Brilliant.

Certainly was unlike anywhere have stayed before! When we arrived and accended the steep stairs to Room #4, we thought; whoa, going to have to be careful. We were very surprised by the stairs/ladder you had to climb to access the sink and shower. The toilet was located on the same level as the bed, but with both me and my partner having bad knees it was a problem. Breakfast was fantastic and filled us for a long day exploring. The couple was very nice! Would stay again, but request another room.

Luke and Fleur were so nice and helpful - would highly recommend the Canal House. They gave us good tips of where to live and the atmosphere was really nice with everyone eating breakfast on the same table so it felt homely. It was amazing and made the trip to Bruges even better

I enjoyed my stay here. I would have appreciated a kettle and teabags in the room, but the room was very nice. Thanks for a lovely holiday.

Old Bruges-style house at the excellent location - all main sightseeing attractions are within walking distance. We had a double en-suite room on the ground floor with the view of the canal. The room is huge, has a lounge area with own kitchenette, and a separated sleeping area.It is nicely decorated with antique furniture that gives an old-fashioned atmosphere.Excellent WiFi in the room.Very clean and peaceful place to stay.Run by a family in their own house, the owner is very friendly and helpful.
