Canal Rose 1

While staying at Canal Rose 1, Enjoy staying in this studio apartment that can house up to 7 guests positioned in the Jordaan! The historic Jordaan Area is next to the City Center, one of the oldest parts of Amsterdam.
Measuring 52 square meters on the first floor, this studio is fully equipped! You will have everything from a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, coffee machine, pans, cutlery, plates, glasses etc. as well as a dining table to eat upon.

There is a fully equipped bathroom providing privacy for all with a toilet and shower. Towels will be provided.

In the living room, you can chill out to watch some TV one of the three sofa beds or plan you day around the coffee table.

A total of 4 single beds, 3 sofa beds a stretcher make up the bedding in this apartment. Bed linen and sheets will be provided.

***Please note the following conditions:

-Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 30 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.
-Extra early check in between 10am-3pm - 30 euros
-Extra late check-in fee from 6pm-10pm - 30 euros
-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).
-cleaning fee 40euros

There is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure.

We accept Visa and MasterCard credit card payments under this conditions:

-Deposit will be 260 E blocked on your account, which will eventually be unblocked. In case of a apartment damage we will charge the damage amount plus 5%

-All credit card payments will be charged 5% fee.

-This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Cash refund will be charged 30 E extra and we can refund them the deposit back in cash only between 10 am-6 pm.

-In the case that a check-out is before 10:00am, the security deposit will be returned via PayPal or Bank transfer once the apartment is inspected.
