Canal Rose 3 measures 50 square meters on the third floor, this studio is totally equipped! Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, pans, cutlery, plates, glasses etc.. Once your meal is prepares, sit around the dining table to enjoy authentic Dutch cuisine.
The fully equipped bathroom is completely private for all and includes a toilet and shower. Towels will be supplied.
Hang out in the living room to watch some TV one of the three sofa beds that can be used to sleep on.
Never be disconect! Internet Acces in alll apartment if you need it.
4 single beds, 3 sofa beds a stretcher make up the bedding in this apartment. Bed linen and sheets will be provided.
There is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure. This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Cash refund is available under the condition of extra 30 euros payment at check in.

Cancellation Policy
This property has a 3 day cancellation policy.Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay.
Things to Note
Please note the following conditions:
-Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 30 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.
-Extra early check in between 10am-15pm - 30 euros
-Extra late check-in fee from 18pm-22pm - 30 euros
-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).
In the case that a check-out is before 9:00, the security deposit will be returned via PayPal or Bank transfer once the apartment is inspected.
