I really enjoyed the peacefulness of the hostel and the staff were so welcoming and helpful. On my arrival, I was given a map, suggestions of where to eat (both fabulous) and informed about the free walking tour and the New Sofia Pub Crawl. Everything on this list was excellent and gave me a real feel for the city. The facilities are simple but the hostel had everything I needed and I stayed five nights as a result. I was even treated to a traditional homemade breakfast on my last morning.

This place was great, the staff was awesome, very friendly (they even make you breakfast if they have time). The only minor drawback is that there aren't enough keys to the front gate so not everyone has one and some people have to be buzzed in which is only an issue at 3, 4 or 5 am.

really wonderful place, though the entrance is relative narrow, but inside you will find a really good guy and really agreeable rooms. Reception Ivo is super kind, told me what to taste, what to see and how to visit his city. Nice~~~

It was a very good experience, clean room, fully equipped kitchen, excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, great location, I can go on and on:) Minuses- the rooms should have locks (at least double rooms), the stairs inside were a bit difficult to use (especially if you had any luggage to carry).

Everything perfect!...

I stayed at Canape Connection last year before they moved, and really like the new place. I can't find any faults, and I enjoyed my stay again. There was a party the first night I was there, and the noise could have been disturbing, but I was invited to join it and had a great time. Maybe breakfast could have been a bit more varied, with some fresh fruit juice, and fresh fruit, but these are minor issues and I would go again and take others.

Very nice and friendly staff in an excellent location. Well decorated and clean rooms. Maybe too less toilets for the amount of rooms. But still one of the best Hostels we've ever visited!

I have stayed at enough hostels to know when I've found a hostel that's one of a kind. Everything was perfect. The location is amazing. The hostel itself is so clean and full of creative spirit. The people there are the same people who travel the world and stay in hostels. I guess that's what makes them so insightful and helpful. Staying at hostel like this really helps to to turn your stay into an amazing experience. Don't look at any other hostels in Sofia this is the best one, I promise.

it's a very friendly place both the decor and the staff. the room is clean and the bathroom despite the fact that are shared are cleaned up too. the owners explain you places to eat, visit and have a beer. while you are in the hostel you can meet people of all ages and to share your stories. nice and warm place.
