Your average YHA hostel i guess, there was nothing wrong with the place, i just lacked a bit of a soul. But so does canberra as a whole.

Hire a bike from reception or walk to many of Canberra's major attractions by day (many attractions are free). Explore the lively bar and music scene of this university city by night, including the YHA's own underground bar.
