Hostel is generally good! But 36$ for a 10 bed dorm is too expensive. No free wifi and luggage storage. :( Bike hire 20$ per day. Omg!

Seriously hard to knock this place ! Super clean hostel with a big kitchen and all the cookin equipment you need . Bathrooms are super clean with good showers ! Location is right in the centre centre , right round the corner from the shopping mall . Super friendly staff ! Best YHA hostel Iv ever stayed in! Also best hostel iv stayed in ever!

Was a very safe and nice hostel. But with no free wifi and no free luggage storage, this hostel is definitely not up to the same standards as hostels throughout Europe and North America.

It was good. But Only 5 sockets were available in 8-female dorm And all the socket are in the corner of the room. It was very uncomfortable and silly.

Excellent location, in the Canberra CBD area which is walking distance to supermarkets and Jolimont bus station. Dorm room is huge, so feels comfortable. Limited shower room though with low water pressure, could have improve on that.

A clean no thrills hostel. By world standards this one is pretty awful. The owners have gone to IKEA and do not know how to make a hostel beyond its basic functions. YHA typically hosts families anyway so its more of a basic 2 star hotel. Its ok but you will get bored and Canberra is not the most exciting city. Still the people are very nice :)

Beds and rooms were fine, bathrooms were spacious and clean, however I was surprised to have to pay for WiFi and disappointed that there was no luggage room to store luggage after check out. Excellent location near the National Convention Centre, but also close to the city centre.

Beds were very comfy! Would have liked to have individual outlets next to the bed, rather than in just one corner
