Excellent value for money. Staff are helpful and do speak some English. No internet, only WiFi. Breakfast included even for dorm rooms, but never got the welcome drink! A few inaccuracies in the description then, but overall a very good choice.

The hostel is good. Good value for money. It’s clean and a really nice staff, they only don’ t speak englisch. the location is good near the big plaza and the beach. Supermarket nearby. wifi is really good, no problems. Good place to go.

Hostel is well located to the centre of Santa Marta. Securely locked at the front. Beds are comfortable and clean.Staff were helpful but didnt speak any English so your Spanish has to be fairly decent if you want to communicate. Rooms had ceiling fans in them but were very hot otherwise. Drinks are available in a fridge freezer decently priced, water, coca cola, etc. Rooms have a chest to lock your things in but the chest isnt fixed to the ground. The hostal is secure with good access at night.
