Overpriced bike/motorbike rentals and tours, but the rooms were nice and staff were eager to please. Superior room had a nice balcony, beds are comfortable....again you can just do the extra stuff for considerably less than what they offer but otherwise a very pleasant stay. Would recommend but not overly so

The staff here made the stay here worth while! The younger Guy who's on reception was awesome and his service was great! They took us on their mopeds to the bus station after and were really Helpful telling us where to go in the area and gave us a map. The food here is soo good! And the breakfast included was amazing Also. Only downsides are that it's quite out the way and there is a relatively Loud train station behind but it's mostly quiet. Definitely worth staying here.

Very friendly staff! They dropped us off at the trainstation in the morning. The hotel is fine but doesn't have a lot of atmosphere. A bit expensive for what you get.

Thanks to the super friendly staff that helped us with our bus ticked, organized a lift to the bus stop within 5 minutes and did not charge us a night we already booked but could not stay...for breakfast we had a deliciouse choice and were more than full and happy afterwards :) when we booked a scooter they told us where to go, what is best to check out and which roads we should avoid...any question we had- they knew what to do and had enormouse patience when explaining...

The siblings were unlike your typical enthusiastic Vietnamese hotel staff - they are a little shy at first but when their guests need help, they would go the extra mile to assist you. Our phone chargers had 3-pins, which wouldn't fit into the power outlets in Vietnam. Hung gave me a ride to buy an adaptor. And when the adaptor malfunctioned, once again, he rode out to change it. They also extended our stay when we had a night train to catch and gave us a ride. All these - at no extra charge.

Very friendly and helpfull staff. Good location of the hotel, nice food in the restaurant. Room is simple but clean and has everything you need: fridge, comfy bed, aircon, ensuite bathroom, tv. Good value for money. Booked a bus ticket for us without commission. We rented a bike and cycled through the small streets of town which was really nice and to van long nature reserve (about 1,5 hours by bike). There we were the only people, much better than tam coc.

These people really understand the meaning of the word SERVICE. We came in at 5 am and they opened the door for us and gave us a room immediately without extra costs. They gave us some great tips on what to do, and we booked a trip with them, which turned out to be excellent. Every time we left, they gave us free water. Very professional, good food, good rooms. They also gave us a free ride to the bus station. Going to Ninh Binh? Stay here!

If you go to Ninh Binh stay here. This family operated hotel is exceptional. The family provides a level of hospitality that is unmatched anywhere we've been. We felt like they were taking care of us. They surprised us with welcome drinks, booked train tickets for us for no charge, drove us to the train station for no charge, were professional, and offered to take me to the pharmacy, and later to the hospital, when my wife was feeling ill. Outstanding value -- we couldn't have asked for more.

A little bit out of the centre but very helpful staff - they ran us to the bus station to catch our bus when we departed. Easy set up for day trips and local siteseeing.
