Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find that this was a 2* hotel, so the private room was a big step above what you'd expect from hostels, with a fully equipped kitchenette, small TV, desk, and dining table. The location is not in the exact city center, but all of the sights are barely five minutes away by tram. The desk staff was helpful with making sightseeing plans. There's a computer with free internet access in the lobby, but wifi charges are exorbitant (9.90€ per day).

It was fairly close to the centre-ville, and it was nice to have a private room with a kitchen and TV! I wish we'd arranged to spend more nights there.

We were surprised to have a room with a kitchen, all the things you need to cook and also to have a fridge.

Cap Europe was fantastic for the price! Very clean and well kept, and generally the staff was nice and helpful. Though not far from town, the hotel is in a pretty dead area - which is alright considering it's not loud at all at night. The bathrooms seriously resemble airplane lavatories, but all in all it was a nice place - I would definitely stay here again.

Although not rude, the staff at the reception desk was far from helpful. We asked if there was a good place to go close by to get a class of wine and she just circled two areas on a map and that was the end of it (it was nice she spoke English and German)The room was fine, and for what we paid for perfect, aside from the sewage. Every time we flushed the toilet the room filled with a sour rotten egg smell. Lastly, the cap to the head of the shower fell off leaving us with a flooding shower head

Mir hat der Hinweis gefehlt, wann wir auschecken müssen. Der Pkt. Freizeit stimmt für mich nicht. Hätte am liebsten nicht darauf geantwortet. Ist aber Bedingung.

Good studio, with a bed, tv, table and chairs, kitchen and a small but with everything bathroom. Clean bed sheets and towels (though not enough towels were given). A small kitchen in the room with everything you need - fridge, stove , sink, and all the pots and tableware you need for a small home cooked meal (except olive oil, condiments and the food). The staff wasn't all that friendly but gave you everything you needed. There's a computer with free internet that isn't advertised in the recept

The staff is impossible to deal with, arrogant!

The hotel itself was clean and tidy; everything you want from a quick stop. We had the added bonus of a kitchen and fridge/freezer in the room too. As for the surroundings, we arrived quite late and as such didn't have much time to explore, but from what we saw, it was a very pretty part of town. The constant trams made it easy to get from the hotel to the main centre and station. The only downside was you had to travel a bit to find a good place for food.
