This place was awesome and we had a great 10 days there. It was one of the cheapest places we could find and definitely worth the money. Could use lockers for packs, but they did have safes in the room that you don't have to buy. Two thumbs up.

Staff needed to be more switched on and helpfull whilst mostly pleasant, any enquiry seemed annoying to them. Need to be more service orientated, there by cross selling for you a lot more

the rooms in the hostal were good, but our rooms in the guesthouse were very poor. because of heavy rainfall ther were too many leaks and we had to remove 3 times in 3 nights because of the mouldy walls. the rooms upstairs in the guesthouse didnt have hot water in their showers because of a problem with the geyser. the staff was eventhough very helpfull and gave us a good discount.

this is a fantastic place to stay in capetown...rooms are sooo clean and staff very helpful......go the hat parties in the bar as well!!
