Walking distance from D.C city center. Friendly staff. Relaxed atmosphere. A choice of restaurants close by.

Two my friends and I happened to be in this hostel for New Year's Eve when the hostel was totally booked. Even though we had made a reservation for a 4-bed room far in advance, we were only offered a stay in an 8-bed room upon arrival. That room was located far away from the main building (the one with the reception desk and WiFi), was extremely small, and the toilet next to it did not work. After several hours, we had to move to a regular hotel. Luckily, we were refunded by a hostel manager.

Don't use a washing machine, and Don't check in until 16:00...Don't request a heating

The people in this hostel are complicated and unsafe. The environment outside are quite dangerous. And the hostel charged me extra money and don't want to return to me!!! How terrible it is!!! totally unsafe

an awful dodgy place. they took me to another place 2 blocks away that had rooms with 5 bunks in. you couldnt lock these rooms or your belongings the people coming in and out of the building were not travellers. they said I had to wait till 3 before I could leave and get key because the office lad was on break. at 6pm she still hadnt arrived and I gathered my bags and left due to fear for safety and leaving my belongings

Too dirty! I'm bite by some small bug on the bed which made me iitching for a week. Even worse female dorm allow bring boy back ONS! Too dirty! The location is in a bad security. Lots of homeless in the street. Will not recommend to any friends!
