The staff went out of their way to help me recover a lost suitcase from the airport.This was customer service at its utmost best for someone who had just arrived.It's a well appointed apartment/hostel that feels like a home with the staff being very unobtrusive whilst doing their tasks.It's clean and secure and you can move in and out as you wish without dusturbing others or being disturbed yourself.

The location is good, it's only 50 meters from the tube and from Mc Donald's (which saves you, if you don't speak Russian). The room I stayed didn't have windows and it was the smallest four bed room I've ever stayed, it didn't even have enough room for people's luggage, I had to keep mine on the bed. The staff seems to keep a close eye on you, which made me feel a little uncomfortable, sometimes.

not a place for party people!.. but great if you go there to visit moscow, near the metro station, walking distance from revolution square, the most turistic place. The two ladies that work there are nice and helpfull, of course, as all russians we met (but few speak english as those leadies). El hostal esta bien ubicado, cerca del metro. No es un hostal para pasarla bien y conocer mucha gente. perfecto para quedase por unas noches y recorrer y conocer moscu. cerca de Kremlin y plaza roja.

Hostel is very clean and has a great kitchen. The location is great, right next to the subway and a short walk to Red Square. The double room we had was tiny and had no window- there were better rooms available which were apparently more expensive but they weren't an option on hostelworld. Felt a bit as though you were in someone elses house- a close eye was kept on kitchen and common room. The day we checked out we were asked to spend as little time as possible in the hostel before our train.

Location can't be beat. I was a bit daunted by the small size of the single room, but it actually worked out OK.

Fantastic hostel. Very helpful staff. Wonderful large clean showers and kitchens, great location practically on top of the metro station. Highly recommended.

The location was extraordinary - just 10 minutes walk to Redsquare, restaurants and the metro. It also felt like a second home, we even got a bowl of apples & pears from their Dacha.
