This was a very small hostel with small rooms, but cosy, friendly and very well located. We found the staff to be very helpful and they spoke excellent English.
They actually put me in the 108 minutes hostel, which is at the same location cross the hallway but different name for some reason. These are apartments rebuilt into a hostel, my private room was probably meant to be a closet room or something but put in a bed and AC and it was fully functional for a night's sleep. Nice staff and location, no complaints really.
very friendly, english speaking and helpful staff at an excellent location. the only down side is, that the place is more like a hotel than a hostel, so there is not much atmosphere and the common area has the charme of a doctors waiting room. but moskow is entertaining enough, so thats not so important.
Try not to arrive Before check in.... Or u must pay for early check in. Cant even stay at The hall..... Thats not The idea for a Hostel... And if u want to keep ur bagage after 6pm u must pay too... The girls of reception are ok but they can be a bit moré happy and even try to Answer in good manners when u ask something.
The location is very good cos it's just next to the metro station. The staff is nice. It's better to have fans or air-cons in the rooms (there is an air-con in the meeting area only) cos it's quite hot in summer. And it needs to pay if you need to leave the luggages after check out and stay more than 15mins in the hostel. If these two things are free that will make the hostel perfect. But it's still valuable to stay in Capital Hostel.
Was a great experience staying in Capital Hostel.. Staff was very polite and helpful, the atmosphere was nice, location is great! Will definitely come back! Cheers

First of all, the staff was really nice and very pleasant to communicate with (Either in English or in Russian). The hostel itself is like a huge apartment which has comfortable rooms for a reasonable price, especially if you take into consideration Moscow is not the cheapest city in the world. Also the hostel lies somewhat in the center of the city, meaning that if you want to go to the center you can do it by walking or by metro, and finding your way back is really easy.

Nice location and a pretty well run hostel that is clean and provide what you need. Friendly staff, especially considering we're in Russia. Stayed in a single room with AC and ventilation. Decent size but no windows. Not a lot going on, but it wasn't exactly high season. Overall a good hostel, but not cheap by any means.
Very nice atmosphere. Polite and gentle staff. Next to transportation. Excellent!
Nice location, nice staffs, a little bit small place but really good to stay
It is close to metro station. The hostel is home-liked and it has all the basic facilities. Since it is located in the city center, this is more expensive.
