I would really recommend this place. The staff is so nice and so helpful, and the food is delicious. Good location too. Definitely bring flip flops to wear in the shower though!

Very laid back hostel with great staff, a welcoming backyard pool and a self contained restaurant. Gave excellent advice on activities and took all of the hard work out of booking. I'd happily stay again. Dorms and bathrooms (tall people watch your head) were clean and there was plenty of hot water.

Cheap hostel in Göreme, nice common room, ok beds, good atmosphere. What I didn't like: you cannot lock the dorm, and there are no lockers for valuables. I was not interested in all the hiking tours they try selling (but I booked a ballon ride, and would do it again). Breakfest is included, no buffet but ok.

Great hostel, value for your money and the staff were very helpful and answered every question we through at them, would recommend this hostel to anyone staying in goreme, also Top Deck restaurant is the best Turkish food in town.

This place has fantastic staff! They are so friendly, they make you feel so welcome and have good advice... amazing. The hostel itself has a pool which I think will be nice in summer and the hostel is right in the middle of Goreme close to places to eat and things to see, the breakfast here is also really yummy.

I get it. It's Goreme, and character is hard to come by. But, come on. You can at least fix the shower head and get towels that don't feel like they've been sitting in sewage. The staff works hard here and means well, but without a good spring cleaning this place is too gross to recommend.

The staff at this hostel really made the stay worthwhile - so helpful in organising tours and airport shuttles or explaining where to go walking as well as just being really friendly and wanting to chat and even teach us some Turkish! The lounge room with stove was a HUGE plus in the freezing weather and the breakfast was amazing (we wanted to take the cook home with us...)! Would definitely recommend.

This hostal is conveniently located, about 250 meters from the bus station and you can walk everywhere from it. It has a very large common room, cozy and warm,with very comfortable couches, wi-fi, bar-restaurant. This room in particular has a great vibe and it's a good place to meet people. Beware of the fact that it you go in winter, like I did, they save in energy by not turning on the heating during the day, which makes the rooms rather cold, specially considering the -8° outside.

During our time at the hostel, we experienced many problems with the water and several miscommunications with the staff. Overall, the experience was tolerable, but not having water for the entirety of our stay (and no offer to supply water for brushing of teeth, washing of faces, or flushing of the toilet) was really frustrating. The staff were very courteous until they were not. Several times, I felt their abrupt nature made the situation worse.

maybe the best hostel i've ever been! very clean, safe atmosphere, the owners were really kind and helpful. large and very good choice of meals, and very cheap. the included breakfast is very tasty. very well situated in the earth of cappadocia. i really do recommand this hostels for all the people who want to visit cappadocia!!!

Highly recommended.. special thanks to Zaida to help us book everything needed and all the useful information.. we have a great time in Cappadocia with the help of all the friendly staff in Rock Valley.. Thanks for the great job and I will miss you all :)
