Our stay was amazing! Really helpful and friendly staff, amazing views, location, breakfast, everything! Would stay here again.

Extremely professional staff who were super helpful in getting all the right activity options within my limited time available. I would highly recommend any backpacker to stay here.

Limited toilet and shower facilities could be an issue if busy. Good breakfast - nice to have a choice. Comfy communal area.

The central location in Göreme was extremely good for enjoying the small city. Breakfast served à la carte (pick one out of the menu, pay extra for the rest) was good and had a decent amount of food. We stayed at a 4-bed private room which was a little cold the first day, but confortable the other ones. There are towels and room cleaning. Highlights on the fact we arrived at night without any pre-booked excursions, and still the following day we had everything arranged by them.

The hot water was a bit testy. Toilet paper was not replaced and bathroom was not cleaned in the two days I was there, but the place is by no means dirty. The breakfast is really good. I couldn't pick up WIFI in my room because the walls are so thick.

I had a great stay there, Ahmed one of the staff members was very hospitable and gave me a lot of good information and tips about the place. Breakfast was good, the location is great!

I really enjoyed staying this hostel. Hostel manager was so friendly and he was very helpful during my stay in Guereme. Heating system was perfect so that I even felt hot even tough it's cold winter. Breakfast was also very nice.

Ahmet was very helpful during my entire stay. He always made sure that we were comfortable and getting the most out of the town. He even called the bus station for me so I didn't have to walk to it while I was sick. The shower had hot water and the rooms were warm. The breakfast was good and they had everything you needed to buy in the lounge room. Will stay here again when I am back -David

The hostel is really well located, in the middle of city center. The only negative point is the lack of lockers where you could leave your stuff, so if you're planning to stay here, you'd better bring a lock for your bag/suitcase. Besides that, everything is really cool, especially the staff (Ahmed) are really friendly and the breakfast really rocks.

Very good place to stay within the Cappadoccia region and you wont be disspointed with much. Things are very easy at this hotel/pension with the staff organising things for you easily. I reccomend a stay during the warmer times of the year as this place would be very fun and could offer many different things too all groups.

a real comfy hostel.specially the common area during winter. ahmet was extremely helpful! he arranges all of these interesting things to do in capadoccia and u pay at the hostel.the turkish night is amazing, recommended. about the shower, i've heard other guests complain about the water turning cold in the middle of the shower, when i did take one it was just warm not hot. advice for the balloon ride during winter: when its covered in snow and freezing, its not that much worth it, the cold hurts

The room is quite nice but a bit small for three people. However, hotel staffs are really nice and give us warm welcome. The hotel would be really nice during Summer.

I really enjoyed the place, and was really thankful for the great customer care. All my emails asking for information were responded on the same day and even when my flight to Nevsehir was repeatedly delayed because of the weather, the hostel staff was constantly in contact with me via email counseling on what to do.

생각보다 중심가에서 멀진 않아요. 금방 걸어가는 거리이구요, 스탭분들이 다들 깔끔하세요. 전반적으로 시설이나 청소, 식사 등 깔끔해요. 근데 자꾸 한국인들은 한국인끼리만 이야기한다고 계속 그러더라구요. 안그런 사람들도 많은데 특히 제가 간 시기에 폭설로 한국인들 여럿이 고립되고 그래서 그렇게 말하는건지 뭔지.. 여튼 한두번 말하는건 괜찮은데 막판에 폭설로 저 혼자 남았을 때 까지도 계속 그런 말 하더라구요. 그런 점 빼곤 좋은 숙소였어요.

The place is close to the bus station, some restaurants and the town centre generally. The hostel was pretty quiet, as you'd expect for Winter, and I'm not sure that the hot water system would cope with being busy. Cleanliness was adequate, though the rooms were cold. The common area, which is also the hostel bar and restaurant, is really good - large but warm. Food and drinks in the bar were well priced and of really good quality. The staff are able to advise on trips and tours too.

We had a great experience here. Capadoccia is great, and this was a pretty good location to see many of the sights. The hostel was great, and had an amazing breakfast, with lots of options, and we also had a great time hanging out with the people working there- very warm and friendly. The hostel wasn't full, so we had no problem, but perhaps when the hostel was full, there might have been more waiting to use the showers. In general, we had a great stay, and definitely recommend Rock Valley! :)

Rock Valley Pension was a great place to stay. The staff were all wonderful, and the bonus was how warm the place was because I have heard stories of just how cold Cappadocia accommodation can be in winter. The breakfasts were amazing. What I really appreciated was how Kemal went out of his way to sort out tours for us even though it wasn't the exact organised tour. The mates I was with don't usually stay in hostels but after this experience they're much more open to the idea.
