we loved the breakfast that was included with the price. the place was very clean and had a great atmosphere. It was quiet at night and a great location as well. not too far from anything and only maybe a five minute walk from the train station. they also gave us 10% off on our dinner as well!!!we loved the breakfast that was included with the price. the place was very clean and had a great atmosphere. Very bad staff, they do not have anything and do not do anything for you. They\'re neither attentious nor educated. It\'s said on internet that they have internet access but THEY DO NOT HAVE INTERNET ACCESS. Parking is not included on price. There is a \"prostitute house\" above the hotel, and lots of noise from there, and they use the hotel to make \"programs\". Lack of ethics. It was nice stay in Bolzano - the really beautyfull city - thanks to Your hostel we were inside of old city. We will pass to our friend your address and recommed your hostel. We really renjoyed our stay here. We had a room for two persons and the silence was so nice (especcially after 2 weeks of a citytrip). The room seemed very new and clean and the ventilation was really useful. We liked the clean towels everyday. It was located close to the centre and the cable cars into the mountains were easy to reach. A strange thing was that the boxes where you put your contactlenses in during the night where thrown away by the housekeepers. The restaurant&breakfast were good.We really renjoyed our stay here. This place is easy to find when arriving by train, with a sign pointing to the right direction as you exit the station. Pretty much everything in Bolzano town center is within walking distance. The restaurant is very good value, and seems to be popular among locals as well.
