Captain Apartment

From the ground up to the second floor where the entrance to the apartment is, take precautions when climbing the steps.

Once you enter, the living room has modern furniture that provides comfort. Two couches turn into two single beds. A door leads to your own private balcony.

An open style kitchen is fully geared with a fridge for storage purposes. A gas stove with it's respective cooking utensils as well as a microwave oven blend appetizing delights. In the morning use your coffee maker to prepare fresh brewed espresso along with toasted bread and jam. Sit around the elegant dining table to enjoy your food. Afterwards, throw the dishes in the dishwasher.

The 1st bedroom offers 4 guests 4 single beds. Bedside tables and lamps provide comfort Modern fixtures in the separate bathroom ensures a level of privacy. There is a shower, bath and basin. Towels will be provided.

This apartment offers other extras such as heating, a washing machine and dryer.

Cancellation policy is 3 days in advance
We accept payment by cash and credit card.
Breakfast not included.

Please note the following extra fees to be paid on arrival:

Cleaning Fee - 40 euros
Damage Deposit (refundable) - 250 euros
Late Check In - 30 euros

-Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 30 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.
-Early check in from 10am - 3pm is 30 Euro. (Only in cases where there is no guests checking-out the same day).
-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).

There is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure. This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Cash refund is available under the condition of extra 30 euros payment at check in.

In the case that a check-out is before 9:00, the security deposit will be returned via PayPal or Bank transfer once the apartment is inspected.
