Lovely place in beautiful Wicklow town, the hostel is family-run and very comfortable. Ian will drive you to Glendalough for a small fee if you do not have a car, though the charming town itself should not be missed. Great location overlooking the small channel and next to a pub which hosts live music.. Hostel is clean, hospitable and has a homey and relaxed vibe: I have absolutely no complaints!

The place is a bit caotic, and in some of the rooms it smells a bit moldy. But the staff i super friendly, and offers a shuttle to glendalough. Had a nice stay.

The owners are so welcoming and hospitable! They offer cheap rides to/from Glendalough National Park at any time of the day. The hostel is VERY clean and well-kept. The staff is fun and helpful. Very workable kitchen and outdoor patio. Clean bathroom with HOT water!

Trish and Ian- You guys are awesome!! Our fight came in super early so we arrived several hours before check in and they had the room ready in an hour. They drove us out to the Wicklow mountains to hike the Glendalough for 15 Euro, we walked around the town to the pier and the lighthouse (SO PRETTY), Wicklow is very cute and everyone is very kind. Great way to start our trip in Ireland!

I loved this hostel. Nice and quiet, but perfect for meeting people. Bathrooms are very spatious and incredibly clean. The owners are lovely people and very helpful. They offer rides to nearby Glendalough for 15 euros. Absolutely no complaints.

We booked a double room in the hostel but when we arrived we were moved to their B&B around the corner. We still had full use of the kitchen (which was well equiped) and other facilities at the hostel. Overall we were made to feel very welcomed and would defintely stay again.

I had a great time here . The staff were really friendly and I loved hanging out in the kitchen. The hostel is an old house with a homely feel and that suits me better than the big hostels.the manager, Ian was very welcoming when I arrived and gave me lots of advice about the area. I had a great break from my Au Pair job. I will definitely be back.

WONDERFUL!! Staff was attentive and knowledgeable about the town and distances to local hot spots. Had a great dinner and live music across the street at The Bridge! Room was very clean and loved the private patio out back!

Do you remember two Korean girls? We went to Wicklow mountain by your car. I was happy in your hostel. The homemade bread was really nice. Thank you :)

Not a whole lot to do in wicklow, but this place is great. Everyone is very friendly, good social environment to meet travelers from all over. A bit cold but the fire is nice. Showers are good.

Possibly the cleanest bathroom I've seen in a hostel, great Wi-Fi, comfortable and clean bedding, fantastic staff. The only thing I missed was a security locker in the room and carpets could use a bit more than vaccuming. Highly recommended.
