WIfi is advertised as being "FREE" but it really means you need to buy something in the cafe/bar to use it - and the prices there are way too expensive for a hostel (more like a 4 star hotel). The rooftop is nice but again is limited to people buying something at the cafe. The bathrooms need renovating. At least toilet paper should be provided. The staff is not very helpful or nice.

There was wireless, but no functional computers for guests to use, so that made it difficult to plan the next step of the voyage. Staff did not seem to be there to help. They did get friendlier after several days...

Although it was confirmed that me and my friends were about to be placed in one dorm on the telephone, we were scattered in three rooms... poor.. Other than that, very nice location and rooms.

Hostel has a great location and grat roof bar but very poor in between. Rooms are big but a bit messy and showers are one of the worst in China. This hostel could be one of the best if they would put a bit effort in facilities

Very good value for money. Tea should be an option at breakfast.

The beds were clean and so was the room. However, the bathroom was pretty dirty. However, if you're just looking to spend the night and you're out and about all day it's totally worth it because the amazing location and good price make up for everything.

This was a very nice hostel, perfectly situated less than a block from the Bund. The only issue was that the bathrooms were as cold as outside, but that's to be expected. There is 24/7 reception, which is really convenient. The wi-fi wasn't easily accessible though. Overall, a good stay, and I would definitely stay here again!
