The Caravella was great. I had booked a single but since they didn't have one available when I arrived they gave me a double at the same price. The staff were really helpful in letting me book tours and such right at reception. It's a short walk along the esplanade to the pier, less than 10min and everyone was friendly making suggestions on what to do.The Caravella was great. Good location very friendly, helpful & efficient staff. Free pick up from airport is excellent.Can't go wrong spending a night here.Just need more cutlery in kitchen!!Good location very friendly, helpful & efficient staff. Spacious, reasonable rate. The elder lady at the front desk seems to push a little too hard for some tour packages, especially telling a reef tour is more like reef+rain forest and proposing a day trip 2+ hours of driving awaySpacious, reasonable rate. This was a great hostel. We had our own room and bathroom. Gloria was super nice, and we really enjoyed our stay. They also set us up with a fun reef tripThis was a great hostel. Very helpfull old lady (Gloria) at the desk, and she usually propose cheap upgrades if you're nice. We stayed in a private room. Kitchen was clean and came in handy. Laundry machines, helpful staff. Free shuttle is only to the hostel. You have to pay to get back to the airport. Dinner wasn't fabulous. Loud birds in the morning and noise of people walking in the room above. Overall we would recommend this hostel.We stayed in a private room. Nice hostel, Gloria is helpful! Food was stolen on us and also one day i seen the staff member openly using my milk from the fridge that really annoyed me! This place also needs more delph & cutlery and more space for storing dry foods. Great service to & from the airport. There really isnt a great atmosphere in this hostel.Nice hostel, Gloria is helpful! This is a great hostel. They are pretty strict on noise after hours, everyone out by 11pm sharp and if you cross the line boy do they tell you off. Good for those not wanting to be kept/woken up all hours. The staff also have an astonishing nac of knowing your name which is a real nice touch. A fun, clean hostel. Oh and you'll never forget Gloria on reception, she is a REAL character... This is a great hostel.
